Looking for ways to make money online is a bit daunting, especially if you are a beginner. You will not be short of ways to earn money on the Internet, but deciding which one is for you is a tough one.
Where do you start?
I am sure you will agree that the things you are good at are the things you enjoy. The same goes for making money on the Internet. You will have to put a great deal of effort into what you do, in order to beat your competition, so it is important to do something that you actually enjoy. Make a list of some of the things you enjoy. It could be writing, selling products, designing graphics...make the list as long as you like.
Develop your list into a money making plan
With your list of things you enjoy doing, you can turn it into a great money making plan. Let us call it a brainstorm. The thing about brainstorming is, that it opens your mind and helps you to span an idea. Use a separate piece of paper for each activity you write down. On each piece of paper, fill it will all the ideas you can think of for that activity. You will be surprised at the things you come up with. Don't worry if your ideas don't seem to be ways of making money, the thing about the Internet is, that you can earn money many different ways. In my previous post we looked at how you can monetize any website without selling products. The Internet is not just about e commerce.
Getting started
You now should have pages of ideas, full of ways to make money online. I may stress alot about planning, but trust me on this one, without a plan you will fail. It is all about research, projecting your potential earnings, and finding ways to improve. You could in theory develop all of your choices ways to make money, but too many eggs in one basket to start with, will burn you out. My advice would be, to completely develop one idea before you even think about starting another.
How to make sure you succeed
You wont be short of competitors, but one thing you will have more than them is, a firm plan and bags of determination. You need to be amazing at what you do, always offering a different approach than your competitors.
You will of noticed that I have not given you any examples in this post. This is because I want you to begin with your own ideas, and your own unique plans, this way you will finish with success. Try not to adopt any one's ways of making money. Sure you can do the same thing, but do it differently.
